All children must be enrolled with Extend before attending a session of care.
We have two secure online platforms, depending on your child’s care program:

Extend LookedAfter: For families attending our school-based Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care Programs.

Extended Care LookedAfter: For families attending After Care and Vacation Care at Chelsea Heights Kindergarten.
Enrolling your child is easy!
Simply visit the relevant platform and create an account. You’ll need to provide information about yourself, your child, emergency contacts and billing details, along with any relevant medical action plans or custody orders. Have your and your child’s Centrelink Customer Reference Numbers (CRNs) ready!
Once you’ve completed the required information and your enrolment has been approved, you’ll be ready to book your sessions of care.
For Chelsea Heights Kindergarten families: Enrolments open Friday 9 October 2026 at 9:00 AM AEDT, with bookings opening Friday 16 October 2026 at 9:00 AM AEDT. To make a booking, please call our Customer Support team on 1300 366 437 and press 3 for Extended Care.
We encourage all families to enrol early to allow sufficient time for approval before bookings open.
Important: Make sure you are registered for the Child Care Subsidy before you enrol. You can do this through your myGov account.
- You can book for the term, or just one session.
- Book online up to one minute before the session starts.
- Add and amend bookings easily.
- Get organised in advance and save money – book 14 days ahead for early bird pricing.
- It is free to enrol. You will need to upload your credit card details to complete your enrolment in preparation for booking your first session.
- You are invoiced every two weeks after using the service. All invoicing is in arrears.

To attend Extended After Care with Extend, you must enrol with us before making a booking. You will be able to create an account from Friday 9 October 2026 9:00 AM AEDT. Bookings open Friday 16 October 2026 at 9:00 AM AEDT. To make your bookings, call our Customer Support team on 1300 366 437 and press 3 for Extended Care.
Please follow the steps below to enrol:
1. Visit extendedcare.lookedafter.com/. This will take you to our booking platform, Extended Care LookedAfter.
2. On the right hand side of the screen, you’ll find the option to create your account. Fill out your details and click the blue “Enrol” button.
3. Check your inbox for a verification email to activate your account (check junk folder if not found).
4. Once logged in, you can enrol your children. It will ask you for details about your child, contact information, billing information and signing the agreement.
